STA Graydon is part of the leading credit management company, the STA Group. Founded in New York in 1955, the STA Group celebrated 50 years of service to the credit industry in 2005.

In 2000, STA acquired the debt collection business of Graydon UK, since when it has traded in UK as STA Graydon. This merger strengthened STA’s portfolio of services throughout Europe, where Graydon is a leading supplier of credit management services.

The Graydon Group is owned by three of the world’s largest credit insurance underwriters: Atradius, Euler Hermes and Coface with offices on every continent in the world.

In the UK, STA Graydon has three offices:

• Maidstone: pre-legal debt collection, receivables management and tracing

• Manchester: sales office

• Welling: legal debt recovery

In the USA, the STA Group has owned offices in New York (HQ); Atlanta; Chicago; Los Angeles plus Mexico City in Mexico.
