STA retains its ISO 9001 accreditation with flying colours
In May 2010, STA Graydon successfully met the quality standards required to maintain its ISO 9001 quality accreditation. The assessment was audited by The British Assessment Bureau who themselves are accredited via UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) which is the only accreditation body recognised by the British government to assess.. continue reading
STA Graydon at FSB Conference and Exhibition in Aberdeen
In March 2010 the FSB staged its national conference and exhibition at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference centre. STA Graydon was in attendance where it shared a stand with FSB Insurance Services. Representing us was Karl Hague who spoke with members and delegates about the special STA Graydon debt collection services dedicated to FSB members.

University Discussion Forums pronounced a great success
During March 2010, STA Graydon facilitated two more of its acclaimed University Discussion Forums in Manchester and Cheltenham. More than 20 Universities and 40 delegates attended the forums where they debated common issues and challenges facing H&FE institutions. The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) appoints STA Graydon as its debt collection agency of choice
