Institute of Credit Management
STA Graydon’s senior managers are fellows or members of the Institute of Credit Management (ICM).
STA Graydon strongly supports the ICMs mission of promoting sound credit management, and raising the profile of the credit management profession. We are also a provider of credit management training to the ICM.
The ICM is the largest professional credit management organisation in Europe. It represents the credit profession across trade, consumer and export credit, as well as in related activities such as collections, credit reporting, credit insurance and insolvency.
