As a member of the Federation of Small Businesses, you are entitled to a discounted and fixed price to use our commercial and consumer collections for your UK and international debts.

Under the auspices of FSB Insurance Services, STA Graydon is the agency of choice to members of the FSB. Three separate collection services are available to you:

  1. A letter collection service for UK debts under £500
  2. A full telephone collection service for UK and Overseas debts over £500
  3. A tracing service to find your absconded UK debtors

The letter service is available on our dedicated site www.smecollect.co.uk where you can join immediately, pay by credit or debit card and place your account(s) for collection.
